Gli UMPC sono all'inizio della loro storia. Dalla prima apparizione però già in alcuni Paesi questo tipo di cellulare/notebook ha avuto parecchio successo.
Ora ci prova anche Gigabyte che offre un UMPC davvero completo e portatile, M704.
